Birth Doula Contract

This is a solid contract that has served me well over the past 9 years.  Given that most of the families I work with had at least one lawyer amongst them, I believe this contract has been seen by more lawyers than most products out there.

This contract does contain language that covers COVID-19, RSV, monkeypox, polio, flu, and pneumonia public health concerns.
