The goal of HelloBirth is to introduce a stress-relieving approach that can help you move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with more ease. This course uses breathing and partner-assisted self-hypnosis techniques to support moving your labor forward. Practice makes progress in this 4-week class series.
As you prepare for your birth, the HelloBirth class will give you options to consider, topics to master, and strategies to implement to improve your ability to successfully navigate your upcoming life-changing birth experience.
Classes take place on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm EST via Zoom and a learning booklet is available for each participant.
