This class is a thorough & nurturing childbirth education class designed to support the learning and growth of expecting parents who want to be empowered and prepared for all possibilities.

As you prepare for your birth, the Complete Childbirth Education class will give you options to consider, topics to master, and strategies to implement to improve your ability to successfully navigate your upcoming life-changing birth experience.

Classes take place on Tuesday evenings from 6 pm-9 pm EST via Zoom and a post-class email full of resources is available for each participant.
