This class is a comfort measures class specifically designed to review the many strategies to manage the discomfort and physical & emotional rigor of labor and birth.
As you prepare for your birth, this comfort measures class will give you options to consider, techniques to master, and tools to implement to improve your ability to manage your birthing day with a plan and with confidence. Classes are taught in English.
Classes take place on Thursday evenings from 7 pm -9 pm EST via Zoom and a post-class email full of resources is available for each participant.
